Why you should choose Cardlay Expense

Cardlay Expense is seamlessly integrated with Eurocard, which means that you get real-time tracking of corporate expenses made on Eurocard corporate cards. The service automatically consolidates company card transactions and employee reimbursements, enabling users to add custom details for accounting.

How it works

Eurocard sends all transactions and digital receipt data to Cardlay via the Smart Receipts real-time integration. This means that transactions appear in the Cardlay Expense app at the time of purchase, allowing employees to manage their expenses, even on-the-go.  

For transactions with direct receipts, the receipt is automatically linked to the transaction. In cases where direct receipts are unavailable, employees can easily take a picture of the receipt using the Cardlay Expense app. In both scenarios, expenses are efficiently handled and submitted within the app. All submissions are then automatically appearing in the Cardlay Expense web portal, where administrators or bookkeepers can effortlessly manage and export expenses.
